@nic tbh, you'll probably remember better than I.

RE: One week until Dark Souls IIposted in Water Closet
@Nic Will do later. I think I'm "ajstringham" so if you want to friend me that'd be cool too.

@scottalanmiller I believe Nic passed 400 recently (if I remember correctly).

@Nic Never been an MC fan overall. Not a huge fan of that genre but I'm open to trying it out. You got a link handy to any particular song I should start with?

@Dashrender You may be able to add another repo to pull it from. I believe the .repo files go in /etc/yum.repos.d/ if I remember right.

RE: My inbox had some great news this evening......posted in Water Closet
@DenisKelley I've actually talked to Priscilla (which is an alias FYI for those on here) on the phone before about some printer things. She's awesome. If you ever talk to her, you'll realize she is a VERY hyper and EXTREMELY happy type of person. I think I could describe her but I'm not going to. Anyways, yea. LOL

@scottalanmiller With SQL though you can link it to AD as most do. Oracle is a different beast...

There you go. I have one and it works perfectly. The only thing is not all Steam games support it. When you go to get it, it will tell you. There is an indicator that shows if it supports a controller option. If it does, works really well.

@Bob-Beatty Do you have the Microsoft adapter? Although you can plug one in via USB, if it's a cordless controller, it connects via a wireless signal. The adapter is like $20 on Amazon. Let me see if I can get a link.

@Dashrender Have you ever seen this movie?

If not, you'd love it. Older movie and one I haven't seen in years but I do very much like it.

RE: grumble grumble grumble grrrposted in Water Closet
@bob-beatty Well, I'm on Day 20 in a row of no caffeine. Period. Maybe an infinitesimal amount from a little chocolate on a candy bar but that's it. I've had longer and more stable energy and ZERO crashes. I'll never go back. Almost broke down this morning and got some Cola because I was so tired but my mom talked me out of it. Glad I didn't.

RE: grumble grumble grumble grrrposted in Water Closet
@bud Yup. People say that you should "catch-up" on your sleep. Not actually possible. You just rest longer for a stretch of time to rejuvenate yourself to be back to functional. But yea, you can't make up sleep.

@Bob-Beatty Actually Bob, the picture you put on Facebook a few weeks ago of the pack of B vitamins you were using (probably the ones you described) was what inspired me to try this. So thanks! I forgot I never properly thanked you! I had heard good things about B vitamins but it was that Facebook post that got me thinking about it very seriously.
