@scottalanmiller I don't do mornings that well. During the day is on a day by day basis. Definitely a night owl. And it just took me almost a minute to write basis because I can't keep my eyes open, fingers won't type and can't think straight...

I am not a morning person. At all. In the fullest sense of the word. You've been warned. Well, since I was up fairly late/early last night/this morning, which @joyfano can attest to, I've got half a mind to consider going back to caffeine...I'd settle for sleep...;)

I think as a CRM Dynamics is awesome. As a helpdesk, eh, it's so-so.

@scottalanmiller Is it a CRM or a ticketing solution? I know Dynamics is a CRM but it's more for sales than helpdesk. Unitrends uses Salesforce for everything but I'm not sure how I feel about it for ticketing...
