Based on the above information and the error code I called out, I'd take a look at the firewall settings and see if there is something off there.

IE: Due to what the error is saying, you aren't being allowed access purely due to being on a different sub

Thats a great point. They are, on different subnets. Gotta get better at reading the error message. Thanks man!! Will follow up if i get is working.

No matter what I do I keep getting the same issue. When trying to connect from my management server to the headless HOST I get the following.
      0_1521491435528_Screen Shot 2018-03-19 at 3.05.16 PM.png

      This is the Host Machine.

This is the management machine which is a VM.

I keep going around in circles from everything I have googled. I did enable a virtual nic card which knocked me out and then i could not connect anymore. I was able to remove the vitual interface which caused the box to go back to the physical NIC. I reestablished connectivity to the box and can RDP into it. I can ping each box from one to the other. This tells me I am back on the network and everything is talking except I keep getting the WinRM cannot complete the operation. I am fully prepared to take the lumps due if it is something simple like "have you rebooted". (I have) I have really tried to get this one figured out but lack of experience is eating my lunch. Any pointers would greatly be appreciated.

We are ALWAYS outraged. It's a ridiculous system.

Do something about it since US congress won't.

"The other method of passing an amendment requires a Constitutional Convention to be called by two-thirds of the legislatures of the States. That Convention can propose as many amendments as it deems necessary. Those amendments must be approved by three-fourths of the states."

This is kind of where I am at as well today. The Leviathan is running amok.

As the founding father's predicted it would. They knew that democracy at scale didn't work. Which is why they went for Republicanism not democracy. But republics had never been stable either, just better.

It's all full of corruption anyways, and will most likely always be... in the end, it's the greed and corruption that will likely end up destroying civilization.

One of the strengths of monarchies - very little corruption.

Granted, yet liberty is at the crowns whim. Tyranny is one a$$hole away.

Ah, BUT liberty is the obligation of the crown, it is at no obligation of the public. Liberty is always at a whim, the crown is the only time that there is an obligation to it, however.

I see your point on the Public side of things. You need a "civil society" for liberty to survive, which the US in my lifetime has shun and shed the "civil society" as if it were a strait jacket. I am missing the "Obligation" that the crown has to liberty. Do you mean as long as the individuals "liberty" serves the crown "liberty" is granted? Sounds like soft tyranny.

Ben Franklin called it.... It is kind of like the approach to socialism, it is eventually an abject failure wherever it has been applied, yet groups/generations come along and think that they can make it work. That all of those before us just did not apply it correctly. It is not a simple thing. Are "we the people" a collective to be ruled over or are we individuals attempting to work together? I wish i knew.

Which this honestly means that they should be replaced with someone who isn't corrupted. But of course that would never happen because of the above rule "Don't bite the hand that feeds you. . . "

That is why the founding fathers put article 5 in place. They knew the hearts of men. Article 5 is the mechanism to change it and the second amendment is the means by which to "Hopefully" if necessary protect it.

Current German politics are interesting to watch for this reason. The need to "form a government" that represents the will of the people after the election is something the US doesn't have. In the US we vote for what we vote for and that's it, done. It's extremely different.
