      I used to love Mitel systems when i had to use them in the past. They can do anything you could think to do with a phone call. I am actually donating the old Intertel Axxess system here and about 35 handsets(look like the ones you have in your pictures) at the end of the week.

      Have you tried doing this both off hook and on hook?

      If the md authors would make some sort of blinky light function that would be sweet and solve this issue. mdadm -blink /dev/sde

      What storage do you have for the servers? Your san is dead; your xs cant connect to local. Right now the company is nonexistant except for incorporation papers at the state of incorporation.
      I would try to do something with that san, power it off, pull it out of the rack and reseat the cards and drives.
      Turn it on and watch post and bootup, login to the web interface and see if you actually have hardware failure going on. At least try to get it working long enough to get that data.

      So 2 drives failed at once? You should be able to go into the server room and see some sort of blinky light pattern that indicates what/how many drives are gone.
      Did you lose a RAID Controller?

      Unless you have a DC that you can get working, ie one not attached to your shared storage. Perhaps you have a physical dc somewhere? Unlikely i know.

      @scottalanmiller
      Yes the cifs repos can be forgotten for now. I doubt there is anything important there in the iso repo.
      @CitrixNewbJD
      Before you do anything else, make sure you have the root pw for your xs servers as disabling AD integration will force you to use them.

      No i dont think so.
      You got some work to do though
      Probably need to do:
      log into the san and change the creds for iscsi, disable ad authentication in xc, and then probably forget/reattach the sr

      Oh, you cant authenticate to ad but all your SR need it to attach
      That is the problem right there i think.

      Who is spindleinc\mgould? Is your Xenserver setup with AD integration? it looks like this is the case. Is mgould a disabled account in AD(this seems to be the guy who had your job, maybe). If so, that is a huge issue.
      Is there a reason you have 5 ISO libraries?

      You might get some useful info from the XenCenter. In one of the earlier posts you had a Screencap of your XC. There were 5700+ notifications listed. I imagine if you click on that and goto Errors and Alerts buttons you will get some useful info. Alerts can be useful for finding the cause, Errors get a bit spammy in XC though they are useful as well.
      Generally, the local storage not being connected is probably the first i would look at. That is bad. Then once that is working you need to figure out why your multipathd setup is borked. You said you changed some ip addresses; this is probably a major reason why it isnt working.
      Have you tried logging into the switch this is all connected to and seeing if it is ok?

      This might be a bit OT, but would it be possible for someone with the knowledge to give an overview of the current landscape of open source pbx software/systems? This all seems very confusing to me. Who is 3cx, Elastix, PIAF, FreePBX, digium(im sure there are others). This market seems to be in major flux.

    • RE: XenServer 7 - unable to delete specific snapshots

      Did you do a fast copy or a full clone? If you did a fast copy that is the problem and you will have to do things.
      Like export the clone then import it again to erase the snapshot chains is probably the easiest and least risky.

      How much free space on the SR?
      Has that vdi been used to clone for another vm?
      If XS wont erase snapshots it is usually one of those two reasons.
