I am the same way. I have like 4 channels I want and I would be happy to pay for them. But I do not care about 99% of any of them on any subscription plan. So just not worth it.

Morning all. Trying to get back into the swing of things. So many posts to catch u p on from last week and posts to post about SpiceWorld2015. All with the nasty conference crud I of course picked up.

Got home after a 26 hour car ride at 3:30 pm yesterday. Oh so tired still. But so much fun!

After testing out multiple operating systems the easiest for older people I have seen is don't give them a computer at all give them an Ipad

This is a Professional IT Service Provider that I have worked with along side in the past. As a good service provider they have a solid contract in place.  They also would have a continuance clause for the end of the contract and need notification that the client will be moving to someone else, 90 days is normal.  They also I am sure have a line about if a client doesn't pay on time then xyz will happen to their services.

Also even if they did provide their o365 and were paying for it etc. Then if you shut this off it does not take 10 days to get it back online.  Even if you have to change the domain etc. it doesn't take that long.  Even if everything is fully deleted on the admin panel side, MS can retrieve it.

Sounds to me like the Chamber is trying to blame them for a bad decision in moving to a company that is incompetent.

We have a client who wants to move their Website (we don't handle their site for them) and they need hosting options:

They are primarily Joomla sites, but one wordpress, another in drupal and concrete for other things. Ideally the hosting should have a cpanel, rather than the parallels cms. And yes they want it all in one place.

Laying out all Pro's and Con's for MangoCon Venue's and then signing a contract today!

Very easy to do. Fill out the correct form online and wait for approval. Not painful at all

When I worked for Digital Computers the facilities manager was nice and brought me in a space heater one day (older than dirt one I might add). It caught fire and when I tried to unplug it from the wall (plug directly behind the space heater), my hair touched it and caught on fire. Went to work with long hair came home with chin length hair. After that there was a memo no SPACE HEATERS!!

An All in one IT Service Platform should include:

CRM
Helpdesk
Time Clock
Project Management
Reporting that means something for a manager
Remote Support
Monitoring
Documentation Database that is actually searchable (not a freaking useless wiki)
