I'm missing one or two...

I wanted to drop everyone a quick update. The case is still pending the initial hearing. We are really in a holding patter until then. We still need more funds for the legal battle. That is about all I can really say at the moment since everything is still pending.

We are using a combination of Spiceworks for our older clients and Autotask Service Desk for our MSP clients. We are in the process of moving everything under Autotask though as this is our PSA and helps us better maintain client relationships and manage the client's locations and equipment better. It also integrates with our RMM GFI Max and GFI Max Backup.

@scottalanmiller Thank you Scott. I see your forum replying technique has not changed. I always loved the way you break up the answers for multi-part posts.

As in no Spiceworks at all? How did you manage to stop talking, surgery?

Nope. It was pretty easy. A CM deleted a post, and I disagreed with him, and at the end of the discussion, when I said I'd leave if not treated better, he indicated that wouldn't be a problem, and he did it with an alarming quickness. It's that last bit, where it was so fast, that made me realize how much value they place on their core users today. Ergo, I'm not a core user.

I still wear the shirts and polos. Those are some quality cotton threads and clothes can be expensive. Of course, if there were a trade-in program to get Manglolassi or other brands, and they had equal quality, I'd jump at that.

Wow, just Wow! After all you did for SW, that is how they treat you. I'm seeing an inflated head in Austin on this one. I sure miss Nic!

@scottalanmiller I remember way back on SW when you too had a difference of opinion about FreeNAS in the Community. Funny as heck.

@scottalanmiller I absolutely love it here. The weather is generous, the land is beautiful, and the people are extremely nice. I've lived many places in the US and abroad in other countries, and I find Forsyth County GA to be one of the best places to live. Of course, not everyone here fits that bill, but hey, no place is perfect, is it?

This is big news. Some will find it very good and cool, while others will be seriously freaked out by it. I'm curious to see what the actual payload will be for $2M per launch.
