His buddies say "ask the owner, they can tell you..." - so, the only useful answer here from us at this point is to find out what the problem is before you can "fix" this unknown issue.

In any case, those V1910 switches are rebranded 3Com tech - they are not very forthcoming with information if something is going wrong. They are the cheaper business line units.

Honestly, I would just export the configuration, reset it, plug into each port individually and perform some tasks like large file transfers, video streaming, chat sessions, etc. and keep an eye on the logs in the console.

If they can't tell you what's wrong, how can they expect you to fix it?

I've only ever basically told an employer they could go **** themselves once, and it was a very small company here in Syracuse. The owner was lying to his clients and was a completely incompetent idiot, so has he's insulting me as I'm just packing up my stuff, I called him out on it. It was quite enjoyable...

I found a solution to this issue the server was without RAID and there is only one hard disk found installed with the server OS and other without Server OS which is to be installed with the server.Since this is my first server issue I found the server without RAID.

OMG those were the dumbest things ever. People just didn't understand what an idiotic idea that was. The normal phone was push to talk to, and both cases required the other party to answer. There was no upside. But once you made a call, it was this slow, annoying one person at a time audio that made it horrible to talk. There was no upside and huge downsides. They are a shining example of how easily you can dupe huge swaths of people with marketing even when it is completely clear that you are being fooled.

First off, she. Lol And she loved it. My cousin is by far one of the most interesting people I've ever even heard of. She's lived in Ecuador, Cambodia, and now is in China with her new husband. And in that case it makes sense. You're blocking all traffic from China or Russia, for example. Then you allow the ports you want open but those countries are blocked, and maybe every other country is fine (hopefully you haven't blocked Spain... ;)), and then you deny the rest. That also makes logistical sense. I don't disagree with @thecreativeone91. It all comes down to what your objective is and then determining the best way to approach it.
