Something else I just thought of is a Time Zone issue... Support could be anywhere in the world. While I know that, I have been very much a part of that (Toyota Help Desk) not something I always remember.

Can't say I would be interested in have Cisco at home with the yearly subscription rates... IIRC, @scottalanmiller posted a hardware comparison of Cisco and UBNT recently... HUGE cost differences.

Part of it is pure impatience @Bill-Kindle, pure and simple. I'm trying to do way to much in way to much in a short amount of time. Some is my own doing some is not.
A single person is only able to eat so much of the elephant, then the waiter drops of another one. It's a nice all you can eat buffet,.. of IT issues.
As it turned out, it wasn't a 'problem' it was the wrong software install. Once that was known - there wasn't an issue. But when you are talking about iTunes APP store,.. sometimes it isn't an easy determination.

@scottalanmiller - As soon as i hit the submit, it changed and added the href code at the end of the link.... I of course went to change it and lo-and behold my internet quit.
After waiting twenty minutes I gave up.

I'm not sure if I had heard of ownCloud previously but am curious. Searching shows a .ORG and .COM.
From @scottalanmiller comment, it appears to be .COM - though I see it's an openSource project.
How would something like this compare to using SharePoint? Or would it sit side by side?

Yea,.. I need to see about it.
But something about paper... weird I know. At the end of the month I take all the tickets, attachments (parts order etc) and scan them to PDF. While I didn't have the nice reports that MEOD has,..
I need to look at the app - but using it on my phone isn't the 'fastest'.
I used to be command line only,.. in DOS.
It's been so many years,.. I don't know if I can forge my brain back to using a term.
