All interviews are conversations, and I think having said sheet distracts from you being able to play your part. Remember the other side of a technical interview: Reviewing the interviewer. If your interviewer is asking some bizarre questions like "explain why faxing is more secure than E-mail," then that place might not be the right one for you.

It did for us... we finally decided to scrap the Cisco and got a Watchguard. That's a happy ending, because the Cisco garbage went away.

It is. I've been pleased so far. I've had a couple of users complain once in a while of "blips" in audio, but there are a myraid of things that can cause that. We've also used Twilio for programmable voice recording for mystery shopper stuff for years with good success.

Why are they using an isolating transformer rather than just a standard flux capacitor?
