Morning everyone.

Coffee, and all the calls that didn't come in during the weekend are all coming in at once.

Today is a great Monday. I hand off the on-call phone today

Ha! User unloaded a bit on me about how her having to stay late on Friday because of $Tier1Support led to her hitting a deer and totaling her car while driving home.

Note: Ticket was escalated to me on Friday. I reached out at 9:00 AM and offered to be available at any time other than during a team meeting that was scheduled for that morning. At 3:30 PM she responded asking to wait until Monday after 10:00 AM for troubleshooting.

Got to love users.

On-call phone has been handed off. Freedom for another 5 weeks.

Today's mile jog was 14:41 -- a new record for me

Spinning up a VM for Zimbra

Goal achieved: client (Outlook) connected to Zimbra via IMAP. Amazing what happens when you finally stop overlooking opening TCP 993 on the VM's firewall.
