In 11+ attempts, I've never successful built a server since migrating to CloudPro.

Never could get a server to build under the new "improved" CloudPro. I've initiated disputes for both of my purchases with Paypal.

Agreed on the lack of communications. I don't know if the missing "reimage" option is intentional or inadvertent due to the addition of the migrate feature. Only time will tell.
They've been advertising the CloudPro option for a while now, so I suspect it was functional at some point.

I suspect this is just another "glitch" in the system. I could be wrong, but I believe they are working to resolve the issues.

I went ahead and "migrated" one of my boxes to CloudPro.
Good: I have resources available
Bad: I'm unable to create a new server using the CloudPro option

Well, it allows you to migrate the resources... but you'll lose everything on the existing server.

Guess this is their way to appease some folks and avoid a mass exodus and chargebacks / paypal disputes.
