No issues on desktop, but when trying to press notification icon on phone it won't display, I haven't bothered to clear cache to see if that cures the problem yet.

Much Appreciated everyone, always good to get opinions and comments.
I'm quite happy with the design though, looks modern and fresh. -

@scottalanmiller County is like the u.s equivalent to state I believe. So it would be like, "Located Within the Texas State" - that's what I'm trying to mean.

"Within the Essex County." A very pretentious county indeed. I'm guessing the word "area" used to follow there and was removed and the sentence was not updated.
Do you think this should be "located in the Essex County" rather then "Within"?

@scottalanmiller Thanks Scott, should I take the "+" out of 350?

@jaredbusch Any Feedback Jared, I know you are a honest critique lol.

RE: Leaflet Reviewposted in IT Business
@rojoloco - No problem, I appreciate the feedback, this is important, I want it to be correct.

Why is "16 years' experience" written as a possessive? No apostrophe needed there.
Comma after "350+ staff", that's a compound sentence.
Thank you Rojoloco, getting this changed.

Use a STUN server.
stun.stunprotocol.org is a free one.
Thanks Jared, I will check that out.
The consultant that I'm helping wants to go back to using 3CX, he doesn't like the interface of freepbx. I've explained I use freepbx and have been using it fine for over 8 months, I personally like freepbx and will continue using it, the interface is a bit dated I must admit, but that doesn't bother me. I would rather use something that has more features then something else that looks good.
This has made me more aware now that I may need to use STUN in future though.
The consultant has spoken to 3cx today and they have said they are now changing their free option so that you can continue using the PBX with 4 channels for free and will now make it where you can use their fqdn without making you have a maintenance contact. Previously they charged you after a year to continue using their fqdn with SSL cert.

@dustinb3403 It makes me think it's NAT related, using the defaults when creating an Extension didn't work well (constant drops, 1way calls) soon as I adjusted that NAT setting the phone is stable and calling/receiving calls apart from distortion...

RE: Yealink T19PE2 FreePBXposted in IT Discussion
@dustinb3403 Do think he has some type of NAT issue his end...
-
RE: Yealink T19PE2 FreePBXposted in IT Discussion
@dustinb3403 I don't think so Dustin, they are brand new and worked fine on 3CX.

connection using UDP is more stable now after I changed this setting:

It no longer keeps dropping but there is a lot of background hiss on his end, I'm not noticing this my end though.

the other location is not connecting to the same voip app either. is this some kind of NAT issue at the other location you think? they are using standard BT homehub (consumer router) at this location.
