RE: Leaflet Review
@rojoloco - No problem, I appreciate the feedback, this is important, I want it to be correct.

Why is "16 years' experience" written as a possessive? No apostrophe needed there.
Comma after "350+ staff", that's a compound sentence.
Thank you Rojoloco, getting this changed.

Use a STUN server.
stun.stunprotocol.org is a free one.
Thanks Jared, I will check that out.
The consultant that I'm helping wants to go back to using 3CX, he doesn't like the interface of freepbx. I've explained I use freepbx and have been using it fine for over 8 months, I personally like freepbx and will continue using it, the interface is a bit dated I must admit, but that doesn't bother me. I would rather use something that has more features then something else that looks good.
This has made me more aware now that I may need to use STUN in future though.
The consultant has spoken to 3cx today and they have said they are now changing their free option so that you can continue using the PBX with 4 channels for free and will now make it where you can use their fqdn without making you have a maintenance contact. Previously they charged you after a year to continue using their fqdn with SSL cert.

RE: Yealink T19PE2 FreePBX
@dustinb3403 It makes me think it's NAT related, using the defaults when creating an Extension didn't work well (constant drops, 1way calls) soon as I adjusted that NAT setting the phone is stable and calling/receiving calls apart from distortion...
-
RE: Yealink T19PE2 FreePBX
@dustinb3403 Do think he has some type of NAT issue his end...
-
RE: Yealink T19PE2 FreePBX
@dustinb3403 I don't think so Dustin, they are brand new and worked fine on 3CX.

RE: Yealink T19PE2 FreePBX
connection using UDP is more stable now after I changed this setting:
It no longer keeps dropping but there is a lot of background hiss on his end, I'm not noticing this my end though.

RE: Yealink T19PE2 FreePBX
the other location is not connecting to the same voip app either. is this some kind of NAT issue at the other location you think? they are using standard BT homehub (consumer router) at this location.

Yealink T19PE2 FreePBX
Hi, can anyone show some light on this though not connecting to FreePBX TLS doesn't work, tried UDP and only getting one way audio using UDP. This phone is at another location.
SNOM 300 at another location works, no problem. Ideas?

RE: Linphone

Isn't this the screen you want. Is this on windows @StuartJordan ?
Thats the one I tried Dustin to begin with

RE: Linphone
@jaredbusch Looks like the Linux version is slight better designed then the windows, can change port but not protocol:

RE: Linphone
Adding a new account you can select TLS though, but once account is created I cannot see any register notification in my freepbx logs....can with Voiper on smartphone. (using wifi on nat, not mobile signal)

RE: Linphone
@jaredbusch Cannot change that default sip address, it's greyed out, that Ip is my machine IP.
