Made some phones calls via ZoIPer on my iPhone over ZeroTier.

Not without rooting the devices, though.

These instruction claim you don't need to root the device. Sure have to install the ADK and run some scripts, but it's not rooted.

If I manually specify the IP, it works fine. But the auto assign of IPs seems to no longer work.

I have added multiple devices that have never been on the network and they all get the auto IP just fine.
