Yeah I'm surprised at the amount of Women on this site like @TechnicalAngel. I still have never had a single girl on our IT team anywhere. We don't have any here, had one apply but she knew less than most of our end users.

That's odd. Most places that I work have so many women on the team that it seems like there are far more women in IT than people always say that there is.
You worked with @katie didn't you?
I've never worked at a place with more than two people that didn't have women on the team. Rarely were they over 25% of the team or IT in general and often they are separated by groups (fewer in UNIX, more in databases, etc.)

True. I wasn't counting that since it was such a short time. We only had one Girl in the whole IT program when I was in college, so there are very few women in IT in this area.

At RIT, the program was mostly women, easily 60%.

This was true of my Grad program as well.
-
All university programs have a bigger concentration of women than does the workforce and the higher you get in education, the more this is true. But the number of women in the programs that I was in was quite staggering, really.

Two more users yesterday, welcome @marc (from Microsoft's Office 365 Video team) and @Ajay-Kumar !

@TechnicalAngel is the part timer I have mentioned abusing recently.
