My cat is decently intelligent... she just has a stubborn streak... and doesn't really trust humans all that much, lol.

Not enough of a penalty... I think Shkreli should get a thorough beatdown from each and every member of the Wu Tang Clan, past and present (there are at least 10 I can think of).
