Yes, and only works because of a unified outside border and tranparent internal communications. California and NY share international border control, so once inside, you are allowed to be anywhere.

Wonder why Amazon wont play nice with Google products and services.
If the google person's quote is accurate that is.
They two companies dont even really compete except for those stupid g-man sponsored listening devices, Home and Alexa.
Prime and Youtube are sort of competitors. I havent watched youtube in years excpet for the odd tutorial video. I watch Prime every day.
Just dont see why the two cant get along and make gobs more money.
This will probably hurt Amazon more than google. -
