All of the "old Texas" locations are doing great. Buffalo is a great city, but this is really weird.

I get that, the FDA is crap and a problem. But so are the pharmas. This one feels pretty solidly like the FDA was probably doing the right thing, more or less.

I was thinking the same thing - but then I considered China - what would they do?
