Coindesk reports 377,000 more Ether were at risk of theft, but were drained into holding accounts by white hats.
It will be interesting to see if these whitehats get into any trouble. It was my understanding that hacking for good was still completely illegal.

Thought smoking pot wasn't illegal, but being in possession of it was. Not that I've ever smoked pot, but just something I heard as a rumor.
