CloudatCost Issues

@thecreativeone91
I will get you answers! just give me a couple of days -
@AmanBhogal Do you not know what is happening now? I know we're a small group of people, but i'd assume you've made several thousand from this group. And if you can prove yourself a great cloud vendor, you'd make tons more. We like information, we like clarity, we like open vendors.

This x1000. If you could be more open and communicate about issues, or just give us a link saying we know there are issues and we are working on it would go a long way.
Also... since this is a very tech oriented forum, postmortems of issues would be really cool. I'm sure that isn't possible but a techie can hope.

Sounds like they want to filter things through PR first..

@Hubtech
being transparent is what I am about. We are looking into the issues and are going to have a full release shortly.
I have all intentions to remain an active user of the community and we will continue to support ML however we can.

@thecreativeone91
Not at all about filterning through the PR team. matter of fact, I kinda am the PR team.
It's more of making sure we make the right decisions and make the right steps to move forward.

My systems rebuilt during the night. Testing them now.

Been having a lot of C@C issues myself this morning...sadly.

One of the two lab servers that had to be reimaged worked. The other looked like it worked, I could see it via the console, but the IP address didn't work and the password didn't work. So reimagining AGAIN. Two days now. I see where Aaron was having problems. With the imaging taking a full day and then failing more often than not, this really does get painful.

I better not have to reimage mine. That'd be a pain in the ass.

Sounds like we should expect downtime then?

Based on past performance, probably so...

You mean you don't trust there Note: No Downtime will be expected? haha.
Maybe I'm the only one who likes under promising and saying downtime is likely at any scheduled maintenance time. That way people expect it if it happens. If it doesn't they think it's even better (or just don't care).

I agree, warn of possible downtime so that people are happy when nothing blips.
