I suppose a little bit because you don't have someone sneezing or picking their nose or coughing on your food. . .

Server failed. After checking it the OS was separated from the RAID. We now have to rebuild this server and do not have a vendor support contract in place because the city refused to purchase it. Directly related to city taxes.

Would the vendor have anything to do even if you had a contract? Is this the application vendor?

I actually think it's great. We warned them this could happen and now it happened. Maybe they will start listening, although I doubt it.

yeah, me too.
But one thing you know is - they don't care about it.. so get to when you get to it. No OT to fix it, because clearly it wasn't important.
