How to handle inbox with multiple users in Zoho or O365?

How do you handle email accounts that are for certain functions and handled by one of several employees, for instance [email protected]?
Can you access several inboxes at the same time from your personal login?

In O365, there are a couple of options --
- Groups, where the email is delivered to the individual group members
- Shared mailbox, where multiple people can receive and reply as that entity

With groups - as stated, the email just appears in your own box.
with a shared mailbox - the user has to open the shared mailbox to see it's contents.The advantage of using a shared mailbox is that you can reply from that box and the address stay (ex [email protected]), not sure groups can do that.

Then it was shared mailbox I was looking for so any response can come from the same email address.Does Zoho have the same functionality as well? I found shared folders but that doesn't seem to work the same.

No clue - but Zoho might have a feature that #$%[email protected] MS doesn't have - the ability for anyone to send as an alias address. What I don't know is, can more than one person share an alias address in Zoho?

No clue - but Zoho might have a feature that #$%[email protected] MS doesn't have - the ability for anyone to send as an alias address. What I don't know is, can more than one person share an alias address in Zoho?
I don’t believe you can have an alias assigned to more than one person. I know this is true in O365.
Groups, or shared mailbox is best suited for this.

Yes, it does. We use it often.

Zoho Groups allow it.
So does Office 365/Exchange. I now have about 10 domains where we have users with their own respective groups for domains that they need to send out from. The main issue with this is dealing with mobile devices; there isn't a way that I know if to send from a group.
