DLink DVX 8000 Internal Call Issue

I have an issue with my Dlink DVX 8000, internal calls are always dropping.

Is the DVX local to the internal callers?

Is this unit losing network connectivity? Are all calls being dropped, and at the same time?

Meaning, does it sit on the local LAN? Or is it hosted remotely?

Internal calls are dropping like when you call from one extension to another? Are any of those extensions sitting on the far side of a firewall?

Do the calls sound good prior to dropping? Or are they audibly degraded?
