I found that what was offered by Jive wasn't worth the cost for the business for whom I worked. I went with FreePBX hosted in Vultr.
Thanks for your response Eddie. How many handsets do you have connected to your FreePBX?
It's 30+ now (NTG runs that system now), but with hundreds of extensions set up. Like 400. Mostly just for voicemail, though. Most don't have phones on them.
