I'm using Stable and it's not showing for me either.
Then again, 14 never showed while I was on 13, I had to use the updater.phar. I've found that method to be more reliable while updating anyway.

Those of us using Stable, 15 should appear starting end of this week.
How do I get 15? As always, you can wait for the updater to help you move to Nextcloud 15. Users on the Nextcloud 14 series will see the new version appear starting end of this week, however, note that we roll out new releases incrementally! This means that it can take several weeks before it becomes available, and if a serious issue is found during roll-out, we will delay or stop the roll-out and wait until 15.0.1 is out with fixes. -

I use to use Dash to Dock and many other extensions but now I don't use any extensions at all. I also disable all the extensions that come preinstalled too.

Appreciating the need for transformation, Michael Dell and private equity firm Silver Lake Partners teamed up to buy out public shareholders and take the company private in 2013. Away from the challenging gaze of the public markets, Dell & Co. transformed the company via acquisition and investment. Five years later, it appears Dell and Silver Lake feel the company is in much better shape and ready for the spotlight once again.

This vote was originally set and decided to build municipal fiber back in 2015, Comcast is the one who re-proposed to the town and the town refused to get hitched.
Long drawn out proposal there.

Yep and Comcast is going to sure the municipality for some reason or another and block the roll-out for another 3-5 years.
