Sodium Helpdesk: Feature Request Ticket Templates



  • There are some tasks that are just the same, Password reset/unlock, Create/Term employee, etc

    It would be nice to have 'consistent formatting and verbiage' on both open and close. Templates would be useful since some of the tasks are the same - with the exception of User / computer.

    It would make for better reporting I believe (especially if filtering on Ticket title.
