remove all pre-installed Windows 10 stuff

There are many things here I would personally like to keep.
For example, all of the .Net stuff
Calculator
Paint
Windows Store
Windows StorePurchaseApp ( I assume this is needed if you buy something in the store?)
ConnectivityStore
MicrosoftEdge
Windows.Photos
WindowsCamera (we use it)etc. But there are many things on this list that I can't quite tell what they are, and don't know what will break if they are removed.

Candy Crush is installed by default in Windows 10.

What's weird is that list is from my PC, which has been around since Win 10 RTM.
But a brand new 1703 install does not have Candy Crush in the installed list - but the damned icon is in the start menu... I'm trying to figure out how to get rid of it.
