@Minion-Queen I'm a little worried for our foreign members in regards to MC 2017 honestly. We'll see though
Time to move the convention someplace more tropical!!
How about Dallas?
Are they moving outside of the US by July?
Maybe not this July but some are moving towards Texas leaving. Not so much Brexit-style, but still peacefully.
They always say that. It never happens. 150 years of saying that.

You think Mexico wants it? Mexicans and Tejanos do not get along.

Because we spent all of our money on the F35 that we can't produce.

We will have to wait and see hopefully all this nonsense will be fixed by then.
However moving the conference is NOT cheap and unless Vendors want to pay MEGA prices for the conference it will stay where it is.

I wouldn't be concerned. Learn a few facts about things instead of believing the "banning all".

Yes. We do understand that.

That's a big leap. What does the banning all or current facts have to do with the state of US border control and foreign relations six months from now? With no warning, seven countries were completely cut off and visas are not honored, nor are green cards (they say otherwise, but GC holders are detained.) It is a very real concern, based on very real facts, that in six months any number of people from outside of the US may have issues getting into the country. It requires nothing like "banning all", just anything remotely like what is going on right now.

Ok I am stopping this conversation now. No political discussions.

There is a lot of call for the specific country that he is traveling from to be added to the ban list along with several bordering countries. He's coming from a country mentioned in the news over and over again as having been "skipped" in the process. It's not banned today, but there is already significant pressure from the "heavy vetting camp" to add it to the list.

If travel and conferences are political, we have a problem. This is basic travel discussion. Sure travel is political, everything is political at some point. But it's a very important part of the conference details.
