The hardware is running ESXi and has it's own IP address - what is it?
You can find out what the IP of the ESXi server is by going to the data center and looking on the screen
The VM that is the down DC has it's own IP, what is it?
That's a 172 address no wonder you can't access it!

Click on 192.168.10.12
Look at the status on the screen.

Click on the IP address at the top and then look for the storage devices.

really, click the IP at the top and look at anything that gives you status notices..
take screen shots of the tabs and post them.
