Fighting with a site that is showing offline.

Found a house that we are really, really interested in and working on trying to talk to the owners. Been sitting outside with coffee talking about plans to buy, move, etc.

So... what is registering as offline? What does offline mean in this case if they are clearly online?

Offline as in can't connect to the site.

Define "can't connect". They are online, you claim; and you are online, you seem to imply, so sounds like you need to figure out what "can't connect" means. Because terms like online and offline certainly aren't used to mean what they mean here. If you can't see them, one of your "onlines" isn't as online as you think.

Oh my ...
Can't Connect - it is not showing online in our Command Center (Remoting tool)
Have been troubleshooting, but thanks for pointing out everything I had already figured out.The thread is "what are you doing right now" - That's what I was doing.
-
I didn't explain anything on purpose, cause 1, it doesn't matter to anyone here, I'm working on the issue with our customer, and 2, You guys already told me the way we do things is wrong so why would I explain?
At the End of the day, I added to the thread, as everyone else does, about what they are doing. -

Yes, but ANYONE who puts something conflicting with itself will get questioned. You said that they were offline, but online. So obviously you were pulling for people to dig in.

friday morning, grey and dull. cold but not freezing (freezing by AUS standards that is).
supposed to be back at work as usual for my main client next week, which means on-site. so i sent out an email asking for everyone to tell me what needs doing. received 2 'thanks' replies and no work. Next week may be the start of a 'new normal' i'm wondering???
i'm staying pretty much at home until i'm needed on site. -
Good morning and TGIF!
