Coffee pot #2 acquired
Jeez. on Cup number 5 myself and I thought I was drinking pretty well today.
I'm down to three cups max per day.
Define cup?
The one on the left. On the right is a sampler.
I challenge to see you next SW to be carrying around the left as your "cup"...
My cup of tequila?
whatever floats your boat.

Monday Morning Coffee, "Staff meeting" , and Email purge are all done\started.
Follow ups from the weekend, and planning the week;Oh ; My team won 8/5 In our Dart Game yesterday (I play league) with the highest MPRs and everyone shot above their average My Sunday was great.
in light of that timing shit last week - you should turn in a time log daily - explaining how much time daily you spend doing different tasks... the question is wither or not to include things like bathroom breaks and water cooler talk, or pad those into one of the other non client billing times, assuming the discussion is in fact non billing.
The whole point being to show that it's your availability that they are paying for, not just the time you are working on billable projects/break-fixes.
Oh; you missed it?
I talked to his boss, and we came to the conclusion that I'm fine,He can't tell me dick about anything, and He seems to think he's in charge.
and if I ever need to work from home; Tell Supervisor to Fuck Off. and that His boss Said It's fine.Nice to know you got some folks above your boss that have your back! ... but just in case, I'd get that in writing to CYA, lol.
Oh yeah, they reminded me and him that he is no longer the "boss" and that what he says doesn't matter.
He's not happy at all.Let's see if they stick to it then.. if he tells you to do something - are you allowed to say - uh, nope bro, you're not my boss.??
as far as "being told what to do" on a working level ; tasks, assignments, etc I can't say no to him . but as far as pay, time off, and Business related requests I can.

Something kinda seems broken there.. but I suppose separation of duties (those you just mentioned) aren't unusual. Still sucks you have to take orders from him.. he's clearly bad in any kind of leadership role there.

This is good, only in that it could be real IT for some solid experience to add to a resume to then use to GTFO.
Shit company is shit.

Well, I would hope not - hopefully he won't be going with you - in fact... that would be a requirement of mine personally - I'd love to, but I only can if supervisor over here isn't part of that new group..

It would be, because their firewall is blocking your IP.

Talking to a guy in a gaming community... told him that 40°C / 104°F idle temperature is anything but a good result on a Core i9 9900k (not to mention that this CPU is a total overkill for gaming).

Wonder what would be causing that much heat

That's easy: Misaligned cooler, not enough or too much thermal compound.
