Because it's the myth of VLANs providing security. Unless it is two physically separated networks (which I doubt as it sounds like it's all in the same building.) Do you really need more of an explanation?

Same building, yes, is it two seperated networks? no.

Wait weren't you one of the guys giving me sh*t about using a VLAN , before because I explained how we use separate NICs in our PC's for our system to separate our networks?

But now VLAN security is a myth?

Well then that's 2 different networks, so that makes a whole lot more sense now. It is two different physical networks.
