Did you give up on your Keto diet, or switch to a different diet?
My plan was to give it 6 months and see what happened. I lost 60+ lbs. yesterday was the end of the 6 months. I am not sure what the next step is, but it probably involves still cutting back on the carbs while not entirely keto.
Here is where you especially need to be careful and conscious. I'd move on to a regular but healthy diet. Find out how many calories you burn, how mnay you need to eat, continue working out.

yeah, I remember all this from the diet and exercise thread. I dont plan on making any sudden changes.

Anyone else having ML issues this morning? I've got two computers, both of which can't do replies or link to the end of threads. Nothing was changed, so that makes it extra weird.

Working for me.
Now it is, we had to restart the application. It his a bug and had some weird issues. It was kind of still working, but not completely.

I can't say about girls,.. but you should try having boys... ugh... and THREE at that. there are times that,.. oh-mg. ... ear plugs and bourbon..
