I'm currently re-installing FreePBX because I fumble fingered the gateway address and didn't realize it till I blew away the VM to start over.... are you all sure it's not Monday morning?

LOL you might be experiencing what is called Monweek. These happen from time to time where against all odds your week is simply full of Mondays. The nice thing about these weeks is that when you hit the weekend it feels that much better.

The battery ran out and I didn't realize the HUD had went away!

I've been blessed with a few users (department heads) who have given me some really good, specific information about how they want stuff handled.

I've been blessed with a few users (department heads) who have given me some really good, specific information about how they want stuff handled.
Yep, that's so needed. A failure to plan is a plan to fail. It helps when you have users that actually help with the planning!

Frontier FiOS guys are here now. Getting our 150/150 fiber put in.

These guys actually have a clue and are all set to hook up our EdgeRouter and everything for us. I'm very happy with this crew. Very on top of things and fixing that beeping issue people have been hearing in the house for ages.

It's a day for printers. . . 3 tickets this morning alone. .
We got 30 something tickets yesterday morning before 10am for new user accounts that had to be ready by today.
A couple of weeks ago we had someone walk into the IT department and say, this is our new hire... do you have a laptop for him? We all looked at each other blankly as no one ever told us that there was a new hire starting that day.
the only way to mke that better is for them to have walked it and said,.. he's been here a week,.. do you have his Creds and Laptop?...
