I don't see height signs on any of the poles, so that one would be a bit difficult to prove...

So there is negligence on both sides.... beatings all around. No reason this should happen.

@DustinB3403 Already on fiber... that was ATTs line, I use a different provider.

I think the line had slipped. The truck that hit it comes in and out everyday so he most likely didn't think about it.
