Windows 10... Finished in June?

It's rare that they allow betas to roll into final releases.

That is what I kind of figured. I just didn't know if anyone had heard otherwise.

I would not be surprised if things did not change with this release as they are treating it so differently in so many different ways.

In ref to the OP, I did find describing Windows 10 as "finished" in June to be fairly ominous. Like "sleeping with the fishes" ominous. Perhaps we have the same sense of humor?

lol!
Perhaps we do -
I've been enjoying the technical preview for a while now. Seems like its ready to go.

It really does feel polished already. I just built another laptop with it just two days ago. Best install process yet for Windows.

I am loving Windows 10. I was having trouble getting the Pro version of 8.1 to install on my Lenovo laptop, but the tech preview of 10 worked without issue.

I had my part time helpdesk guy load it on an OLD 32-bit Vaio and he said it has been working better than expected on that hardware.
I think I will have the new helpdesk person wipe it and do it again with the updated version as one of her first tasks.

I think Windows 10 is a nice improvement over 8.1. Not that 8.1 itself is bad.
