XCP-NG installation on windows server

Hello,
I have created XCP-NG bootable disk using rufus for our dell physical server. When I insert my USB stick into the USB port and then after restarting the DELL physical server I don't get XCP-NG splash screen instead it is just blank.
Isn't it possible to install XCP-NG on windows server directly ?
Is there anything to be looked on ?

You wouldn't install this as if it's an application that runs on Windows.
This is a type 1 hypervisor, you need to install it to the bare metal (deleting windows).
I suspect you have some other issue occurring, like rufus messing with the installation files.

At this point, I'd contact a managed service provider like NTG @scottalanmiller or Bundy and Associates @JaredBusch .
I think spending a couple hours getting this configured and learning a little bit about managing servers and Installing operating systems would be helpful.
You really shouldn't be booting for USB, and should be using a hypervisor even if it's hyper V (which isn't the best IMO, but still 100x better than booting from USB).
Once you get the hypervisor up and running then you can start creating VMs from it and get up and running.

Where you creating a system on USB or just an installer media via Rufus?
From say an ISO, because you don't want to install from DVD or dont' have a DVD to install from? -

@perja11 You cannot install XCP-ng on the Windows Server since it is not a Windows Application. If you were to install XCP-ng then it will wipe your Windows Server install. However if you are meaning Windows Server as the Physical Server and nothing is installed on the server then you can setup the booting device to be the USB drive and then be able to boot frmo it.
