Your customers give you direct reviews and not through your employer? What kind of pony show is taking place here?
Come on - really Dustin? You've never told a CSR to their face/on the phone that they did a good or bad job? or sent it in via an email/etc about that person to the company - this is totally common.
Now hopefully - since this is a client just bitching about something, hopefully from his real job review, they will weight this complaint appropriately...
Already talked to my GM and she said "dont worry about it. I know; and have seen. He's being a miserable dick.... dont tell anyone I said that"
just pissed me off man .
