I feel like the only way we're going to be getting this done ( all of us, not just me like we originally thought) is if we put the time in after hours and watch 2/4 videos a day after work and continue working and watch 2/4 throughout the week.
Are they going to pay you overtime? Otherwise, fucking nope.

So that new software my bosses are telling me that I'm going to be teaching?
Yeah apparently I need to pass all of the exams/and finish all of the classes online by the 8th of march, so we can get out demo and lab- and finish training.
then set up our meeting in Kansas /sigh
Always something right?Find out when the exams and how the exams are run. If the exams run after 8 March then it can't be done. If the exams are running now and you can't get a seat, then it can't be done.
If it's an unrealistic deadline, look for ways out that don't include your involvement, similar to what I've mentioned above.
You need to find the balance point between looking like you're keen and willing & looking after you own requirements.
Sales people always over sell stuff, it's a PITA, but if they don't they run the risk of not making sales.

took ages to figure out why packets were dropping in pfsense. I could use ICMP but everything else was dropping. One setting I had to change was "Advanced > Disable Hardware Checksum offload".....man, one checkbox and all is working correctly, what a nightmare lol.

Not having much luck with ElasticSearch.
Did try looking at Graylog but not having any luck with that either. Downloaded the Virtual Appliance just to play with for now. -
