                      I'm 168 right now 5' 10.5" at 11% BF Sure I could lose another 10 lbs, but really I'd rather loose another 5% BF and gain that weight and more in muscle.

                        You're still growing some. you're going to gain weight from that. though staring to eat correctly now will definitely help down the road.

                          You're still growing some. you're going to gain weight from that. though staring to eat correctly now will definitely help down the road.

                          I'm Trying to eat correctly and stay in shape/workout at home.
                          it's just one of those hit or Miss things

                            I had to miss the first 3 weeks of the current session due to knee injury. Considering that I've managed to maintain my weight mostly, though in the last 2 weeks, I've lost the above mentioned - again, not happy about that.

                              Being able to maintain the weight without doing the workshops every morning is impressive.

                              You'll get those numbers back to where you want , But first you gotta be able to do the workouts.

                                  I've been back in the gym starting this week, last Monday. I'm skipping leg days... but doing the rest.

                                    So basically the same height,
                                    I'm a whole 5'9

                                      On my 3rd cup of coffee.
