Troubleshooting an Issue

Can anyone test this link for me and see if you get a 3KB file https://registry.yarnpkg.com/har-validator/-/har-validator-5.1.2.tgz
There appears to be some issue with the yarnpkg.com website, where at least for me (and now 2 reported cases on my GH) that this file can't be found, thus XOCE can't be installed.

Same thing 2 other people have reported while installing XOCE. Yesterday I was able to get the file without issue.
Today I can get https://registry.yarnpkg.com/har-validator/-/har-validator-5.1.3.tgz
Guess I'll hit up the yarnpkg guys.
