@murtlap Yeah today is my birthday so happy birthday to both of us lol. Have fun!
Hooray for all the July birthdays! Mine is Saturday!
July has some good birthdays in it, but it really is just the prelude to the best month. It's all downhill after August.
-
Haven't really thought about the weekend, yet. Hmmm...
-
New niece born last week (on the 1st) so going to Houston to meet her this weekend.
-
Not this weekend but next going to WorldCon in San Jose.
Can't wait!
-
Long weekend party in town. Then heading to get the kids on Sunday afternoon. They are with their family in Houston all week.
-
@ndc that looks like a lot of fun
-
I got magic tcg tournament on friday night, waterpark on saturday, and pokemon tcg tournament on sunday. Need to find time to cook in all that
-
Headed up to the N GA mountains this weekend. Will be delivering some pepper infused local honey to my friend who makes mead.
-
Saturday is my birthday, so I'm going to spend all day playing Charterstone (finally).
-
@rojoloco sounds great
-
@kelly nice and happy early birthday! I will have to look up Charterstone to see what that is

Thanks @jmoore.
Charterstone is a competitive work placement legacy game. It has elements of a Euro, but you permanently alter the board and add rules as you play from game to game. It is a campaign rather than a one off like most board games.

Yup, I was just spelling it out since not everyone is familiar with legacy games.
-
@kelly Yeah thanks because I was not

Good point.

Garage Sale Weekend finally getting rid of some of our baby stuff. @DustinB3403 need anything? We got strollers, high chair, toys, not sure what else
-
@jt1001001 Honestly I have no clue what we do or don't need. We have a high chair, we have a stroller, toys maybe but she's not even a month yet so getting something today wouldn't make sense if she can't use it for a while yet.
-
swimming with the kids i think.
Oh and a hair cut -

My daughter wasn't into them but my niece is. When she is 3-4 months old you're going to want lots of squishy "teether" type toys that she can grab and put in her mouth, will save a lot on your hands, clothes, hair, face... well basically everything.
