How are you finding Zoho?
We are looking at replacing our helpdesk later this year.I too used SpiceWorks before our current one that is craptastic to say the least. I'm looking at service desk plus at the moment.

@nadnerb So far so good. Having a few teething issues with incoming mail coming into a spam folder but apart from that good.
(I will mention if you import the tickets from another like spiceworks, make sure you include any comments already on the ticket. I forgot lol
had to manually add them to 10-15 tickets) -
