How much is it to file in Georgia? In Texas it is $300. $450 if you go through LegalZoom.

Looks like it's $100 to file the Articles of Organization. If (when) I create an organization agreement between myself and my LLC, I'll incur some cost for attorney help. Organization agreement isn't required though.

I thought that it went up to $650 recently.
