Yesterday was insanely busy, so maybe today is the calm after the storm.

Maybe it only seems slow after how busy the week was

Video gaming with the kids.

Apparently my back is telling me to wake up and get some work done so here I am.

Working on some cool stuff for sodium.

Just got back from the gym...
It's so much easier not to go, but feels a lot better after you do.
I didn't go at all last week. Not because I was lazy, more so of lack of good opportunity. Hopefully this week I'll get more opportunity.

For a while I was actually a personal trainer. Sadly my being in shape has fell to the way side with my two jobs but eventually maybe a few months down the road I'll get back in shape. It's well worth it, you are 100% right.

I think we're at ~70% occlusion where we are. So I'm going to try and get off for the duration in the afternoon.

considering traffic, I'll probably need 4+ hours off.
