Unsolved Sodium Help Desk: Contacts Empty Intially

When I got in to make a new ticket, I get an empty contact list (empty when you click on it, too.) It works fine if I select a different organization then select back to the original one. But that's not great.

Yes, Chrome on Ubuntu, working fine.
