I have origination with Twilio working with my FreePBX test. Termination is delivering quite a thrashing. I think I'll head home, nap my headache away and start back fresh this evening.

Looks like what I discovered a year ago still holds true, and I now know why. Altigen IP720 fails to register with FreePBX (or probably any non-Altigen PBX). The newly discovered "why" part is that when the phone is registering, it's trying to communicate to TCP 10032 rather than what I suspect should be UDP 5060.
You can tell FreePBX to use that port.
I mean I would never want to, but you could.
Actually, if required, I would spin up a second FreePBX instance to handle those phones and then trunk it via IAX2 to the real PBX.
