As I am on a conference call troubleshooting a printer now, I can 100% agree.

For sure...I can't even get my wireless one at home to work 100% as I usually send something to it and it says "Printer Offline" when it isn't...

Ask @Minion-Queen . I am a printer guru, and love them! I'm weird, as far as (IT) people go though...
