LOL, somehow we turned into an Asus RoG community. It was @Mike-Ralston that turned me on to them.

I got mine last August 2016. So I've nearly had it a year now and it's still like brand new after using it every day.

Got my first one at the end of 2015, second one in mid-2016. Planning to get a third Asus laptop in two weeks. And when the budget is there, there are plans for a fourth.

You can afford a $4k USD laptop? They look nice, but you're paying a premium for the form factor, and losing quite a bit of heat management.

Never used one of their laptops but we were discussing them just last week. Looks awfully nice, price can't be cheap.

What are you doing with them all? I dont' know what I'd do with a second similar laptop.

Does it really need to be a laptop? There are use cases for sure. @scottalanmiller travels the world so it makes complete sense for him. Does it for you though?

Both of my monitors are Asus. Laura's are BenQ.

It's the only one I could find with a simple and small design, without the 500 buttons and crazy architecture. Plus the option to go wired as well. I like Bluetooth 4.0 better than other wireless options.

That is an amazon third party. Don't pay attention to the price. I got mine for $99. Seems like they don't make it anymore which is why the price is set so high (I'm guessing).

I stimply can't use mice for gaming any more. I'm too tied into the trackball ecosystem. Give me a logitec marblemouse, and I'm happy!

Ew. One of my old roommates was the same. I don't understand and if there is a chance of me understanding in the future, I refuse.
