They treated us like garbage when we had a death in the family. We already had a flight with them and all they had to do to be nice was give us a deal on changing the flight time. We didn't even need a cheap flight, just a change of a few days on the return date. They wouldn't even let us change the date, it was "full price for new tickets, period." It was far, FAR cheaper to fly with a better airline than to use the tickets we already had with United.

Actually, southwaste ranks #2 in most involuntary denies.

@JaredBusch it's more about how they handle the bump. Not how often it happens.
Delta being low there might be skewed. I've seen Delta leave loads of people behind. Zero compensation and no way that it was recorded as a bump, but it was. They just closed the doors and left people. Lots of them. There are lots of ways to make bumps not show up in the stats.

Well, that I can excuse as a typo or a non-native English speaker. Spelling is a lot more acceptable than attempting to buy Windows 7 licenses new.

I try to not be a stickler for things like grammatical errors unless it's just a totally screwed up phrase. I know people who can write and speak English as a second langugae far better than some of us native speakers, lol.

Spelling or weird wordings especially, who cares. I'll take someone struggling with English that gets phrases or spelling wrong anyday over a native speaker who tries to bluff by using words like cloud without knowing what they mean.
