Me: ScreenConnect, CMD tab

*list of files - including the shortcut to the one that is 'gone'.
Me: (minimizes Outlook application)
Me: You mean this one right here?
User: Yes - thank you.fast forward five hours
User: My program is gone again,...
Me: ScreenConnect, CMD tab
*dir c:\users\public\desktop
*list of files - including the shortcut to the one that is 'gone'.
Me: (minimizes Outlook application - AGAIN)
Me: You mean this one right here? (Uses ScreenConnect Pencil to draw circle around icon and arrow to it).
User: Yes, - Thanks again.... -

Another four hours have past and another totally clueless Windows admin trying to figure out the pretty simple state of Windows 2016 licensing. I'm so lost as to how this is confusing. Did no one get it right with 2012 either?

It's different every time. This time, guy thinks that cores make Windows 2016 dirt cheap and that he's won the licensing lotto and that he only needs to license the cores, no minimums.
